Здравствуйте, друзья! Короткая заметка о том, как мы провели диагностику платформенных весов CAS Геркулес с терминалом CI-2001AC на выезде.
Проблема такая: весы на одну тонну, но взвешивают до 850 кг, после чего показания просто останавливаются, перегрузку весы не показывают, ошибку тоже не выдают.
Проверили настройки, кем-то весы были настроены на 2 тонны, хотя датчики установлены в весах на 500 кг. Т.е. весы использовались с регулярной перегрузкой. Сразу пало подозрение на неисправность датчиков. Открыли коробку и замеряем выходной сигнал, при этом сигнальные провода исключили из цепи, а питание на датчики оставили.
Показания выходных сигналов: 1-й датчик — 0, 7 мВ, 2-й датчик — 2,0 мВ, 3-й датчик — 25,2 мВ, 4-й датчик — 20,6 мВ. Итого имеем, что исправен только 1-й датчик.
Замена трех датчиков — дорогое удовольствие. Возвращаем на место провода, спаяв и изолировав термоусадкой.
Клиент решил поработать пока на весах, которые взвешивают до 850 кг. Вот так, случаются выезды, без положительного результата, если за положительный результат принимать полностью отремонтированные и исправные весы. Выезд и работу по диагностике, разумеется клиент оплатил.
